Please Review The Following Eligibility Requirements

• Local Resident (Washington County and Cedar City)
• Age 18-26
• Aged out of foster care.
• No illicit drug use
• No federal criminal offenses
• Acceptance into the program

If you are unsure if you meet these requirements or if you live outside of Southern Utah, but still need or want support, please reach out to us.

NOTE: We may consider applicants who did not age out of foster care but demonstrate exceptional need and a strong interest in the program. These cases are reviewed individually.

Allow 1 – 5 business days for one of our service coordinators to review your form and contact you with information on the application process.
