Welcome to the Angels Landing community. Thank you for taking the time to fill out the New Participant Application so we can identify how to best support you.
Please Review The Following Requirements For Services
- Be a current or former foster youth
- Be between the ages of 18-26
- Currently living in Southern Utah
- Complete the New Participant Application
*If you are unsure if you meet these requirements or if you live outside of Southern Utah, but still need or want support, please reach out to us.
